about the client

WorkLounge is a coworking center offering space to freelancers, small and medium companies. it's one of the major coworking providers in the Czech Republic, however it thrives on building a community among the members thru providing a friendly atmosphere. It has branches in Prague, Czech Republic and Cape Coral in the U.S.

the challenge

To complete the project, WorkLounge invested massively in the reconstruction of the premises. our job was to ensure return on this investment (ROI) in the volume of hundreds of thousands of euros.

gradually we went through all the digital activities ... starting with

1. performance marketing

we launched effective campaigns to attract and enroll new members into the WorkLounge community. we focused on the main social media networks - Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. but there was no promotion in the search engines.

2. redesign of the website

We completed a website analysis, suggested relevant redesign, including e-mail templates, and delivered a better performing website. We did standard measurements with Google Analytics and we evaluated user behavior via Hotjar.

3. brand manual

we created a brand-new visual identity for the coworking and set out a branding guide with rules for its use. part of the identity was not only digital assets but also offline materials.

4. social networks

we took care of creating and publishing relevant posts on social networks for the brand. we created photos, videos, and texts. everything was planned, advertised and finally reported.

5. sales process

we helped optimize the sales process to transform leads into business. we were able to plan for expansion, benchmarking, competitor analysis, persona creation, but also to define the value proposition and their sales pitch. we also helped with the CRM setup.
